Hello! My name is Hannah. I'm a wife, mother of 3 amazing kids, and owner of Heart & Home Organizer. 

Since childhood, I have had a passion for helping others and organizing. I have an eye for detail and an understanding heart. 

I met my husband on a mission trip in Mexico. We lived in southern Mexico for 10 years, where my husband served as a pastor. Learning to adapt to a new culture taught me so many things! We've also lived in Tennessee and Texas, serving in ministry as well. We currently reside in Grand Rapids, MI. I am so grateful to be finally "home" again, having grown up on the east side of Michigan. 

Due to my husband's job, we have lived in 9 homes in just 16 years. The experience of moving has taught me a variety of things - flexibility, contentment, how to organize effectively, how to handle moving with ease, how to adapt quickly, as well as being able to relate with people from various cultures/backgrounds. 

I am so thankful for these experiences and the beautiful people I have met along the way.
